Ingredients

  • 500g Watermelon

  • 50g Feta cheese

  • 1 Cucumber

  • 1/2 Red Onion

  • 1/2 Avocado

  • 1 Handful of Salad Leaves

  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

  • 1 Tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar


Method

  1. Dice all the ingredients to your desired size and thickness and then toss together in a large bowl with a fork.

  2. Add one tablespoon of olive oil and one tablespoon of balsamic vinegar (or a drizzle of balsamic glaze) and stir to combine.
